Construction Update

The Peninsula (Stage 9)

Most settlements within this stage have now been completed!

If you received a letterbox key as part of your settlement pack, we recommend covering the lock to prevent the build-up of salt and construction debris. Additionally, we encourage you to protect the glass balustrade after settlement, as its ongoing maintenance is the responsibility of the individual lot owner.

Landscaping works along the peninsula are expected to be completed by the end of the year.

General Construction Update

With construction of all land lots by Frasers Property now complete, monthly construction updates have concluded. We will however, continue to share news on the timing of public facility delivery as key milestones are achieved. This includes the waterfront park overlooking the marina, the southern side of the peninsula, and the Octavia Mews Park.

Planning for the year ahead in the Port Coogee community!

Port Coogee Community Events team are busy planning the events season ahead and looking at how the new Waterfront Park can be incorporated into community activations in the future. We are looking forward to see this come to fruition towards the end of the year. 

 

 

Register for Cam-Map WA

Register your CCTV details on the Cam-Map WA portal. Cam-Map WA is a comprehensive database of all voluntarily registered CCTV systems across Western Australia. This publicly accessed platform allows owners and operators of CCTV systems to self-register onto a secure database operated by the WA Police Force.

Accurate knowledge of the locations of CCTV systems will assist police to investigate incidents in order to improve community safety.
