Certificates of Title available
Summary: The site will remain fenced whilst Italia Stone complete rock revetment works to the Southern Peninsula on behalf of the City of Cockburn. However, access via the gates is available during business hours. The civil contractors have begun bulk earthworks to the Waterfront Park and Southern Peninsula Foreshore with completion anticipated late in 2025.
- Titles were issued on the 26th May.
- Practical Completion achieved 30 April 2025.
- Landscaping of the Waterfront Park and Southern Peninsula Foreshore has now commenced with completion anticipated late in 2025.
