Certificates of Title available
Summary: Titles for The Peninsula (Stage 9) were issued in May 2025 and settlements are now well advanced. We welcome our new residents to the community. Further to this, landscaping works to the Waterfront Park and the Southern Peninsula commenced construction.
- Certificates of Title issued in May 2025 with settlements underway.
- Surrounding landscape works has commenced with the levelling of pathways in progress.
- Italia Stone have been carrying out rock revetment works on the Southern Peninsula breakwater. Due for completion late June / early July 2025.
