Titles Expected: May 2025
Summary: The Peninsula (Stage 9) continues to progress well, with Practical Completion achieved in April 2025 and Certificates of Title expected to follow shortly. Retaining walls are now complete. Roadworks are progressing quickly and brick paving, which forms part of the roadworks, is currently being laid. They are anticipated to be completed by the end of the month. Final trimming and levelling of lots has been completed. All services are complete, and final testing is currently underway.
