Certificates of Title available
Summary: Settlements for this stage are now complete. If a letterbox key was provided as part of your settlement pack, we recommend covering the locking mechanism to limit salt and building debris build up. We also suggest protecting the glass balustrade following settlement, as ongoing care of this asset falls within the responsibility of each lot owner. The landscaping to the north (Waterfront Park) and south (Southern Peninsula Foreshore) is under construction and anticipated to be completed towards the end of the year.
