Club Mambourin Green is anticipated to open in late 2027.

Club Mambourin Green will operate exclusively for residents of the Frasers Property Mambourin Green development.

Under normal Club use, an inducted member may bring one guest, who must always remain with the member and sign in as required.

Different guest arrangements may apply to approved function-room bookings, subject to the Owners Corporation rules, room capacity limits, booking conditions, bond, cleaning and security requirements.

Your membership covers the use of all the facilities including the gym, kids splash play zone and lap pool, spa, sauna, multipurpose courts, function rooms with a fully equipped kitchen, family space with outdoor playground and parents’ room, as well as a meeting room.
Your membership is part of your Owners Corporation entitlement, which is registered on your property title.
No, Club Mambourin Green is managed by an owners corporation. It is for the exclusive use of residents of Mambourin Green, and one guest each when allowed, as part of the Owners Corporation entitlement registered on their property title.
The Owners Corporation fees will be based on the approved budget, which will be tabled with all members each year at the Annual General Meeting. Fees are estimated to be between $1000-$1200 including GST per annum. Fees are typically paid in instalments bi-annually in April and October.
Quantum United Management work together with all owners, Frasers Property and your appointed Committee to manage the affairs of the Owners Corporation and Club Mambourin Green. Quantum United has extensive knowledge of the legislation governing Owners Corporations and will continue to assist with regulatory compliance. In this capacity, Quantum United primary duties are the financial management and reporting of owners’ funds, maintenance and management of the community assets, governance and compliance, community development and most importantly, maintaining ongoing communication with all owners on the activities of the community.
