We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Preliminary works continue to progress with the existing stockpiles on the VELA site now removed to enable our team to continue with other earthworks and investigations. We are pleased to report that geotechnical investigations have now commenced with further drilling and investigative works to continue over the coming weeks.

Offsite our team are continuing to negotiate and work towards appointing a builder to construct the VELA apartments and bring new life to the marina’s edge.

At this stage we currently anticipate commencing construction of the VELA apartments later in 2023.

Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
