We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Our dedicated teams have been working diligently, and we are pleased to announce that significant strides have been made in the construction of the Dockside Homes.

We are delighted to inform you that the timber wall & roof framing have been successfully completed. This crucial step will now see roof cladding commencing.

Our teams have made excellent progress with the installation of windows.

Window & Sliding Door Installation

Presently, we are working towards the façade works and internal services. Our skilled workers are working on this aspect to give the homes a distinct and attractive appearance that compliments the surrounding environment.

In parallel with the façade works, we are actively engaged in the installation of exterior wall wrap and flashing. This vital process guarantees the weather-tightness of the buildings and prevents any potential water intrusion.

As outlined above, our teams are making progress with plumbing rough-ins. This crucial step lays the groundwork for the plumbing systems, ensuring that the homes will have efficient and reliable water supply and drainage.

In the following weeks, our teams will commence the service rough-ins. This phase involves the installation of electrical and mechanical services within the buildings, ensuring they are well-equipped with essential amenities.

Lastly, the ground floor brickwork will also commence shortly. This significant step will bring a substantial transformation to the exteriors, solidifying the structures and giving them a more complete appearance.
