Planned Settlement: August 2025
Welcome to your April construction update for Release Four at The Quarry.
- Our civil contractor, Golding, has now commenced works on site, following some delays due to recent wet weather.
- Golding has progressed the installation of sewer and stormwater which is due to be completed by the end of May 2025. The interallotment retaining walls are well progressed on site and are due to be completed in late June 2025.
- Over the coming weeks, we will see the commencement roadworks with asphalting and footpaths due to be completed by the end of June 2025 ready for landscape to commence.
