Planned Settlement: September 2025
Welcome to your May construction update for The Peninsula Collection at The Quarry.
- We have appointed Golding Contractors to complete the civil construction works who will commence onsite in June.
- Following the completion of the bulk earthworks and major retaining walls, we will see Golding commence site preparation ahead of the service infrastructure being installed.
- Over the coming weeks we will see the installation of the pipe network for the service infrastructure and inter-allotment retaining walls which will continue through to July.
