Welcome to your October construction update for The Peninsula Collection at The Quarry.
- A major milestone has been reached, with bulk earthworks and key retaining walls now complete.
- Stormwater and sewer works have also been completed over the past 5 weeks, with roadworks due to commence by the end of October.
- Due to rock encountered during services installation, settlements are now anticipated to occur in December 2025.
