Planned Settlement: March 2026
Welcome to your construction update for The Peninsula Collection at The Quarry.
- Plan Sealing Application was lodged to Brisbane City Council in early November and is now in Decision Phase. The approval is expected in late January.
- Roadworks have been completed, with kerb, driveways and footpaths now being set out and poured. Electrical works and lighting installation is anticipated for completion this month.
- Landscaping of the promenade adjoining the stage to the lookout has substantially progressed with hardscape works completed and the installation of plants and feature trees now underway. The landscape to the central island and balance of the internal road verges will commence this month and be completed in late February.
- Due to onsite delays associated with plan sealing over the Christmas period we are now anticipating settlements in late February/early March 2026.
