Welcome to your November construction update for The Peninsula Collection at The Quarry.
- Plan Sealing Application was lodged to Brisbane City Council in early November and is now under assessment.
- During November, stormwater and sewer works have also been completed. Roadworks are well underway with the concrete pours commenced to create the road pavements. This is due to be completed in late November to allow Electrical and Streetscape Landscaping to commence.
- Landscaping of the Promenade adjoining the stage to the lookout has commence in November with Naturform. The contractor is well underway with the hardscape construction of stairs, garden edging and fencing adjoining the look out zone.
- Unexpected rock encountered during service installation has caused a delay of several weeks to the proposed practical completion of civil works. As a result, settlements are now anticipated in December 2025/early January 2026.
- We sincerely apologize for this delay and any inconvenience it may cause.
