Planned Settlement: March 2026
Welcome to your construction update for The Peninsula Collection at The Quarry.
- Construction is progressing with kerbs, driveways, footpaths and allotment fencing now complete.
- Plan Sealing approval for The Peninsula Collection is expected later this month, with settlements to commence in March 2026.
- In preparation for settlement, we have recently advised that all lot owners are able to commence valuations, site surveys and soil surveys.
