Welcome to your November construction update for The Peninsula Collection at The Quarry.
- The Plan Sealing Application was lodged to Brisbane City Council in early November and is now under assessment.
- Stormwater and sewer works have been completed and roadworks are well underway, with the concrete pours commenced to create road pavements.
- Landscaping of the Promenade adjoining the stage to the lookout has commenced in November with Naturform.
- Unexpected rock encountered during service installation has caused a delay of several weeks to the proposed practical completion of civil works. As a result, settlements are now anticipated in December 2025/early January 2026.
