Planned Settlement: March 2026
Welcome to your construction update for The Peninsula Collection at The Quarry.
- Construction is now complete. Landscape works are progressing well, with turf installation to nature strips to be completed in early March.
- Plan Sealing approval for The Peninsula Collection has been achieved with the package now lodged with titles office for registration. Settlements are anticipated to be called in March 2026.
- In preparation for settlement, we have recently advised that all lot owners are able to commence valuations, site surveys and soil surveys.
