Planned Settlement: August 2025
Welcome to your May construction update for Release Five at The Quarry.
- Our civil contractor, Golding, continues to progress construction works on site, despite recent wet weather causing some delays.
- Inter-allotment retaining walls are now nearing completion, with sewer and stormwater infrastructure expected to be finalised shortly.
- Once these works are complete, preparations will commence on the road network, with install anticipated in early July 2025 ahead of landscaping and electrical works commencing.
