Structural completion in sight – Here’s the latest on the Ardent and Terrace Collections

Welcome to the latest Burwood Brickworks Construction Update.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

In exciting news for future residents of the Ardent Collection, structural work has now been completed and the building fully stripped. That has enabled our team to commence service rough-in, installing electrical, gas, mech and water connections. Currently this work has commenced up to level 3, and is well progressed on level 1.

We are also beginning work to have the building lock-up ready, with work commenced on installing window subframes to level 1. This work will continue over the remainder of August.

Over at the Terrace Collection, structural work isn’t far behind and is now tantalisingly close to being finished. We expect the building to be completed by the end of the month.

Since our last update, the section of the building overlooking the Village Green has been completed up to level 3, with the ground floor as well as levels 1 and 2 now stripped.

Our team is also currently forming up the roof for the bulk of the building, which again should be completed over the next few weeks.

Construction Progress

General update - Village Green

Things are looking tree-rific at the Village Green, with the Legacy tree now planted. This oak tree will watch over the Burwood Brickworks community over the years to come, where residents will be able to meet, relax and take in the views over the Village Green and beyond from beneath its leafy branches.

Roughly half the planting has now also been completed – not only beautifying the community but also reintroducing native species, providing habitat for local wildlife and supporting all-important pollinators to do what they do best.

The learning trail ‘Falling Water’ artistic concept has now been installed, offering interesting insights into the various sustainability measures that have been integrated into your new community.

Elsewhere around the community, Reserve D has now been completed, this reserve provides a linking space between townhome stages 2 and 4. Once the Village Green is fully complete this space will be opened to the public.

Settlement Forecast

The settlement timeframe of your apartment has not changed and is anticipated for Second-quarter of 2023.

Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the construction works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.

Your legal representative will provide advice and assistance with the preparations for your settlement and most importantly, a legal communication point to Frasers Property legal representatives and your nominated bank.
