Welcome to the latest edition of the Burwood Brickworks development update.

In the anchoring buildings of our community, the Terrace Collection, work has begun on some of the all-important shared amenity features.

We’ll continue to keep you informed every step of the way with the latest news on your new home and new community.

Construction Progress

Our building contractor is in the process of inspecting and making defect fixes ahead of the Terrace Collection building’s final commissioning.

Cleaners are hard at work ensuring every apartment is in a sparkling state ahead of settlements next month.

Fitness equipment for the purpose-built residents’ gym and furniture for the shared dining, kitchen and lounge areas will be delivered by the end of the month, ready for those first barbecues and house-warming parties.

The Rothelowman-designed five level building occupies the highest point of Burwood Brickworks, and we can’t wait for its residents to join our community.

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your apartments is now anticipated in 18^th July 2023.
