Construction Update

Construction of the Terrace Collection apartments completed in June and we welcomed residents into the Burwood Brickworks community in July. Frasers Property would like to extend a warm welcome to all of our new residents, we hope you love living at Burwood Brickworks.

We will be hosting a celebration of your settlement and meet your neighbour event in the coming weeks. Mark Saturday 26 August in your calendars and keep an eye on your inbox for invitations. We can't wait to celebrate this exciting milestone with you!

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your apartments is now anticipated in 18^th July 2023.

Please note that the anticipated settlement time frame is indicative and subject to change due to the construction works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.
