Settlement Forecast

Ardent and Terrace Collections

The settlement timeframe of your apartment has not changed and is anticipated for the second-quarter of 2023.

Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the civil works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.

After topping out, the Ardent and Terrace Collections have now entered a construction phase that is just as exciting: façade construction. External façade works are underway, and window installation is nearing completion.

In the Terrace Collection, secondary wall sheeting is ongoing on the ground floor as well as levels one and two. On levels three and four final window installation is taking place while levels five and six are undergoing concrete patching, setout and high-level service.

In the Ardent Collection there’s framing and sheeting going on, while levels three to five are having ceilings framed and external cladding installed.

And on the roof the main waterproof membrane is being applied.

The Village Green

We are very excited to inform Burwood Brickworks residents that the Village Green is now open and ready for play! This is a huge milestone for the development, and we are delighted to be delivering such a valuable new space for residents to enjoy in time for Christmas and the summer holidays.

We would like to inform the community that bunting will remain in place around the central grassed basin for a short period while we allow the grass to settle in and establish. We anticipate being able to remove this bunting early in the new year. In the meantime, the children’s play space with iconic brick chimney as well as the BBQ shelters, pavilions and walking paths will all be open for residents to enjoy.
