Ardent and Terrace Collections

The settlement timeframe of your apartment has not changed and is anticipated for the second-quarter of 2023.

Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the civil works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.

Apartment buildings 5 and 6, The Terrace Collection and The Ardent Collection, have topped out, with attention now turning to the roughing in of internal services. Framework and plastering is underway while windows are being installed throughout both buildings.

The Village Green

La Nina threw some weather obstacles our way, but the Village Green is now on track for completion in the coming days, as the last of the turf goes down.

Defect rectification is being carried out alongside final approvals of the all-important playground equipment.

We’re also doing a full clean and tidy up of what will become the heart of our new community.

Donaldson Reserve’s landscaping is also coming to completion. We can’t wait for our new residents to relax in these welcoming green spaces, as they enjoy the first summer in their new neighbourhood.
