FAQs

Please return the forms approximately 8-10 weeks prior to your date of occupancy. Both forms can be found on the MyFrasersProperty App, your land contract or below. The contractors also require a copy of your site plan.

Subject to availability of materials and labour, it takes approximately an 8-10 weeks for fencing, and 12-15 weeks for landscaping following approval of the landscaping plan.

Detailed information as to what is included, can be found in Annexure C of your land contract. A copy of this is also below. Just to note that boundary fencing does not include any returns back to the building line, or side gates. Please discuss any additional requirements with the fencing contractor once they have made contact.

The landscaping contractors can also provide a quote for additional works that falls outside of the inclusions of the landscaping package. For example – water features.

Each form outlines the requirements needed to prepare your site for installation.

Both fencing and landscaping contractors liaise with you via email and there is not a requirement to visit the site prior to installation.

However, you can choose to nominate a representative to manage this process on your behalf. This may include your builder representative. If so, please ensure to seek their approval prior to providing their details.

The landscaping package includes the verge area including the verge of corner lots. If a tree has been provided, this too needs to be maintained for the life of the tree. If the tree requires replacement due to ill health, this can be arranged by Council.
