Log a property defect 

If there’s anything at all that you’re not happy with as you take possession of your new property, you can log your requests via the portal and App. So you can get the help you need, when you need it.

  • Log into your ‘myProsperity’ App. You can also login online by selecting 'Portal login' in the menu.

  • Once you are logged in, select ‘My Property’ to view your property portfolio.

  • Select the property you would like to report, then click ‘Create new request’.

  • Enter relevant information and ensure you take photos of the defect, then upload them to the form and click submit.

  • To view all your requests and their statuses click on ‘View all requests’ which can be found on the ‘My Property’ page.
