Double Win for Midtown MacPark at the 2025 UDIA NSW Awards for Excellence

We’re proud to share that our Midtown by the Park precinct has been recognised for setting standards in urban living, taking home two major awards at the 2025 UDIA NSW Awards for Excellence.

These awards are a testament to the vision, creativity and resilience that have defined the first stage of the Midtown by the Park precinct. Our goal has been to create a well-designed, inclusive, and vibrant community — a place where everyone feels welcome and proud to call home.

Delivering Midtown’s first stage hasn’t been easy – we’ve faced the disruption of COVID, Sydney’s wettest year on record in 2022 and unprecedented construction challenges in the years that followed.

These wins are more than just awards — they reflect the collective efforts of so many across Frasers Property Australia, along with the invaluable support of our project partners and collaborators.

We’re incredibly proud of this recognition, but we’re even more excited about what’s to come. As Midtown MacPark continues to grow, a new range of 1, 2 & 3-bedroom apartments are coming in 2026, the next chapter of Midtown MacPark is on its way.
