Midtown MacPark Project Update – September 2025

It’s been an exciting few months at Midtown MacPark, filled with recognition, progress, and community activity.

Our Midtown by the Park precinct proudly took home two prestigious UDIA Awards for Excellence — one for Design Excellence and another for Affordable Housing Excellence, recognising our commitment to creating a vibrant, inclusive urban village.

We also welcomed GoGet share cars to the community, offering residents convenient, sustainable travel options right on their doorstep.

Construction of the Central Village Green continues to advance, with the community centre, pool, and gym building now taking shape. We’re delighted to announce Aqua Culture Swim as the future pool operator, delivering a comprehensive aquatic program for residents and visitors alike. The Village Green remains on track for completion in Q2 2026, bringing new open spaces and facilities to life.

Meanwhile, Richard Crookes Constructions is making strong progress at Treehouse, which remains on schedule for completion in Q2 2027.
