We’re excited to see Richard Crooke continue to make exciting progress at Midtown’s Treehouse. With the level 2 structure work now complete and structural works underway on the level 3 slabs. Jump forms have advanced to level 7, while perimeter scaffolding installation continues and has reached level 3. Treehouse is next residential building we are delivering at Midtown MacPark, and excitement is building as it continues to take shape. The new Midtown Macquarie Park primary school is taking shape, with the building facade nearly complete and internal works well underway. Enrolments are expected to open in March 2026, and the intake area has now been officially confirmed! Plus — the community can help shape the school’s values, motto, uniform, and logo.
