Your new builder : Creation Homes

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Creation Homes as the builder for both the Hudson Collection and Foveaux Collection. Creation Homes are currently working on the construction our new Sales and Display Village, due for completion in the coming months and homes in the Parkfront Collection. We are excited to continue our successful partnership with them for the construction of your new home.

It is anticipated that settlement of your new home will occur in early 2028.

Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
