Ed.Square Construction Update - Central Park Foveaux Collection

We are pleased to provide you with the next update for your new home in the Foveaux Collection, Central Park at Ed.Square.

Since their appointment, our builders, Creation Homes, have been progressing through the design development and the necessary Construction Certificate approvals. These activities are an important part of preparing the stage for construction commencement in the coming months. As key approvals are secured and onsite activity begins, we will continue to keep you informed through our regular updates.

It is anticipated that settlement of your new home will occur in early 2028.

We understand and share your growing interest and excitement as your new home begins to take shape. We are also highly committed to the safety of our purchasers and members of our construction team. Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
