Ed.Square Construction Update - Central Park Foveaux Collection

We are pleased to provide you with the next update for your new home in the Foveaux Collection, Central Park at Ed.Square.

Since our last update, Creation Homes have taken possession of the site and commenced early works.The team has established site fencing and environmental controls to start trimming the site and preparing building pads. It has been exciting to see construction activity commence on site, marking the beginning of this important stage of the project.

It is anticipated that settlement of your new home will occur in early 2028.

Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
