Settlements for The Crossing Release One have been delayed and are now scheduled for Q2, 2026. The movement in scheduled settlement date is due to several factors such as delays in authority approvals, recent wet weather, the upcoming wet season, and civil construction program challenges. We apologise for the delay and will continue to try to expedite this program where possible.

Commenced
The bulk earthworks scope has progressed well and is nearing completion. The civil scope is now under way, with sewer reticulation in progress and retaining wall construction scheduled to commence.
Along Bahrs Scrub Road, stormwater and water reticulation are now complete. Underground electrical installation is nearing completion, and road preparation works are well underway. Looking forward in the program, the team are scheduled to complete roadworks and commence landscaping.
