Plan Sealing – Sanctuary Release Two

Plan sealing has been achieved

We are pleased to advise that plan sealing for The Sanctuary Release Two has been achieved and that title registration will now commence. This process generally takes between 2 and 3 weeks, and excitingly is the final step before settlements are called.

Settlement

We are pleased to advise settlement of your land is anticipated for early December 2025, subject to weather conditions.
