We're excited to share that settlements for The Sanctuary Release Two (Lots 1907, 1908 & 1909) are scheduled for September 2026.

Commenced
Construction of the final three lots within The Sanctuary Release Two is progressing well. Bulk earthworks, site clearing and topsoil stripping have been completed, paving the way for the next stage of development. Retaining wall construction is now underway, with installation of key services also commenced across the site. Works continue to progress steadily as these final lots move closer to settlement.
