Commenced
The bulk earthworks scope has progressed well and is nearing completion. The civil scope is now well under way, with sewer reticulation nearing completion and stormwater reticulation underway. Retaining wall construction scheduled to commence.
Along Bahrs Scrub Road, road preparation works are nearing completion and asphalt is scheduled. Footpath and landscaping works are also underway. Moving forward in the program, the team will be completing testing and finishing works, in preparation for Bahrs Scrub Rd opening.
These construction programs have been impacted by the recently experienced wet weather.
