Planned Settlement: August 2025 – September 2025
We're pleased to advise that civil works in Stage 9 are progressing well and are on schedule, allowing us to now forecast that settlements will occur in August or September.
- Construction within the main (internal) area of Stage 9 is now complete, with only authority sign-offs remaining.
- The Crosswater Boulevard Bridge is on track with works on the decorative attachments to the bridge underway.
- Works at the Crosswater Blvd and Thompsons Rd signalised intersection are nearly complete, with only the final asphalt layer, line marking, authority sign-offs, and traffic signal activation remaining.
