The Civil works in Stage 20 are progressing well, and settlements have been brought forward by 1 month. Now expected July 2026 – August 2026.
Installation of electrical infrastructure is now underway, with communications services to follow shortly.
In the coming weeks, footpath construction will commence, along with the placement of topsoil.
