Planned Settlements July – August 2026
Civil works in Stage 20 are on track. Settlements remain as expected in July – August 2026.
- Topsoil placement and threshold works are now complete, with wearing course asphalt currently underway.
- With settlement approaching, now is the perfect time to ensure your finance pre-approval is in place. We encourage you to contact your bank or broker to confirm your loan application and approval are on track ahead of settlement.
