We are pleased to inform you that titles were issued for your land lot on the 16th July 2026 and settlement has been triggered. We would like to advise that settlement date of your land is on 30 July 2026.
Valuation access remains available, and once the bank’s valuer completes their inspection, your finance will generally become unconditional, and your lender will issue final documents for signing.
It’s also important to inspect your lot before settlement to confirm boundary pegs are in place, and the site is clear of waste.
