To ensure a smooth settlement process, we encourage you to arrange any financial arrangements with your bank as early as possible.
Settlement of your property is currently anticipated between late November and December 2025.
Please note this timeframe is indicative only and may be subject to change depending on construction progress, external authority involvements, and weather conditions.
To complete your property valuation, your lender will require an onsite inspection. Please ask your lender to contact Tina Wu on (03) 9258 1325 to schedule the appointment, if required.
We also recommend forwarding this email to your bank or broker so the valuer has all the important details below:
- The valuation appointment is allocated 15 minutes to assess your home.
- Your valuer will meet the Customer Care Team at the Bradmill Yarraville Display Suite, located at 355–359 Francis St, Yarraville VIC 3013.
- As the site is under construction, flat, closed-toed shoes are mandatory. Heels and open-toed shoes are not permitted.
- Your valuer will need to bring a hard hat and high-visibility vest to inspect the property.
