Let's walk through the essential steps to ensure a smooth move-in process.  
First, collect your keys and gift after the settlement. Next, check the status of any defects raised during your Pre-Settlement Inspection. You can easily log any defect enquiry via your myfrasers property app.  
Don't forget to transfer the electricity and gas accounts into your name. To make this easier, we've provided a 5-day grace period for you to arrange the transfer. 
All warranties and manuals will be available via the Resident Hub in Property Tracker. Make sure to check these for any important information.
