What’s happening onsite at Bradmill Yarraville?
With the festive season upon us, the team at Bradmill Yarraville would like to thank you for your support throughout the year. It’s been an incredible year for the project, and we’re truly grateful for our wonderful community, who have been part of the journey.
- Construction of the Francis St left-turn slip lane in and out of the estate is now complete, with kerbs, pavement, and line marking finished. The road is now open with the signalised intersection at Roberts St and Francis St activated.
- Stage 4 Civil Construction has commenced, with sewer construction underway.
- Stages 1A and 1B are now settling in, and we’re excited to welcome the first residents to the Bradmill Yarraville community.
