Before we can obtain the Statement of Compliance, the Precinct 2 Temporary Retarding Basin must be constructed and approved by the relevant authorities.
Construction is progressing well and is on track for completion by late May 2025. Once works are finalised and approval is granted, we’ll be able to move ahead with securing the Statement of Compliance.
With settlements just around the corner, we strongly encourage you to ensure your finance arrangements are in place to help ensure a smooth and seamless settlement process.
