Works are progressing well on site, with telecommunications now complete. Our Contractor is focusing on pouring the footpath and topsoiling your lot.
The Contractor will then focus on final layer of asphalt and line marking followed by street signs.
It is now the right time to begin seeking finance pre-approval. We encourage you to contact your bank or broker regarding your loan application and start arranging your pre-approval. We will reach out again soon with a finance reminder when the site is ready for access for valuation.
