Construction Milestone: Authority approvals and Valuations

Site works are now complete with the final layer of asphalt having been laid. The contractor will now work with Council and Authorities to obtain approvals for a Statement of Compliance.
The site access for valuations is available. Once you receive this, please forward the email to your broker or banker so they can arrange an on-site valuation.
Now is the time to progress your loan towards unconditional approval. We encourage you to contact your bank or broker as soon as possible to avoid any last-minute delays.
