We’re pleased to advise that drainage works are now complete, ensuring the site is well-prepared for effective stormwater management and upcoming construction activities.
Water reticulation works, including the installation of water mains, are now approaching completion to support the delivery of reliable residential water supply across the site.
Road boxing and lower road pavement works are currently ongoing, marking a key milestone in the delivery of internal infrastructure as it shapes the road network and lays the foundation for future surface treatments.
