We’re pleased to advise that concrete works, involving footpaths and driveway crossovers, are nearing completion, marking another key step in shaping the pedestrian network and supporting access to future homes.
Topsoiling works across nature strips and residential lots are following closely behind, preparing the ground for upcoming landscaping works that will occur following Statement of Compliance.
Final road pavement works are scheduled to commence shortly. This phase includes the final asphalt layer.
