We’re pleased to advise that road crossing conduit works are now complete. This marks a key step toward enabling seamless service connections across the site and supports the integration of essential infrastructure.

Capping layer works has now commenced. This phase involves placing and compacting a layer of crushed rock to form a stable base for the internal road network. It marks an important step toward lower road pavement construction and improves site access as the development progresses.

AG drains and conduit installation is set to commence shortly. These works are an essential part of the underground service network, managing subsurface water and providing pathways for future utility connections. This phase supports the long-term stability of roads and lots, and ensures the development is well-prepared for service delivery.
