We’re pleased to advise that kerb and channel construction has now been completed. This work forms a key structural component of the road corridor, providing defined edges for the pavement, supporting effective drainage, and preparing the area for subsequent upper pavement layers.
Electrical reticulation works have now commenced, establishing the underground power network for the development. This phase forms a key part of the essential services that will supply reliable electricity to future homes.
Communication reticulation works, including the installation of Opticomm infrastructure, have now commenced. These works establish the pathways required for future fibre connections, ensuring homes will be equipped for high-speed internet and modern digital services.
