Electrical reticulation works were impacted by wet weather delays, and we’re pleased to advise these works are now nearing completion. This infrastructure is essential for delivering power to future homes.
Communication reticulation works, including the installation of Opticomm infrastructure, are set to commence next. These works establish the pathways required for future fibre connections, ensuring homes will be equipped for high-speed internet and modern digital services.
Concrete works including footpaths and driveway crossovers are scheduled to commence following completion of communication reticulation works. These works will help define safe pedestrian routes and establish the formal access points that will serve future homes, supporting both functionality and connectivity across the development.
