We are pleased to advise that construction of Stage 54 is progressing well.
Footpath and crossover works. Along with topsoil placement are now complete. Once Powercor has finalised their works, installation of street trees will commence.
With the Christmas and New Year period approaching, now is the perfect time to start arranging your finance pre-approval to help ensure a smooth settlement process.
We encourage you to reach out to your bank or mortgage broker to discuss your loan application and organise your pre-approval as soon as possible.
