We are pleased to advise that civil construction of Stage 54 is now complete.
We are now working with authorities to obtain Statement of Compliance.
Once Electrical tie-in occurs, installation of street trees will commence.
With the Christmas and New Year period approaching, now is the perfect time to start arranging your finance pre-approval to help ensure a smooth settlement process.
We encourage you to reach out to your bank or mortgage broker to discuss your loan application and organise your pre-approval as soon as possible.
