On Track
Recent wet weather has pushed back Practical Completion (PC), but our Civil Construction team has worked diligently to keep things moving. We're now on track for Practical Completion (PC) to be reached in early August.
Certificate of Titles were issued on the 25th July.
Landscaping for rural lots, street tree planting and irrigation, will begin shortly after PC.
While we've faced some delays with contractor availability for rural lot fencing, this won't impact settlements or builds—fencing is typically installed post PC and in the case of boundary Colourbond fencing, this occurs upon completion of your build.
Once PC is achieved, our engineers will coordinate final service connections (water, electricity, gas, and NBN). Additionally, bespoke balustrades for park-facing lots have been ordered and scheduled for installation in late August.

Lake Walyungup: A Natural Gem Near Baldivis Grove
From the elevated outlooks of Stage 9 at Baldivis Grove, you can catch glimpses of a remarkable natural landmark — Lake Walyungup. As part of the Rockingham Lakes Regional Park, Lake Walyungup is a shallow, seasonal salt lake that has long held cultural, environmental, and geological significance. Its name comes from the Nyungar language, meaning “place where Nyungars talk,” and continues to be of spiritual significance for the local indigenous population in Dream Time story telling as the place where the Sea Waugal laid her eggs. Within the lake are microbial structures known as Thrombolites.
Formed many thousands of years ago, the lake sits within the Quindalup Dune System and plays a key role in the local ecosystem. In wetter months, it becomes a habitat for migratory and local bird species, while in drier seasons, the lakebed transforms into a salt pan, revealing a striking and peaceful landscape and is popular with land sailors.

General Works in the Community
Stage 9 land lots are nearing completion, with only minor works remaining. The contractors will then commence works to the parkland, which forms part of this stage. The aim is to deliver a space for all members of the community; including quiet zones, dedicated junior and senior play areas. This incorporates nature play, a climbing tower, plus so much more. The most significant component, is the connection to the cultural heritage of the area through integrated indigenous artworks.
We are proud to share the draft concept designs with the community.
As construction of land lots at Baldivis Grove are nearing completion, Frasers Property will continue to share updates on the status of the parkland, once major milestones are met.
As always, if you have ideas about how you’d like to build community reach out to our community team today.
