Tracker status
Completed
Disclaimer: Whilst Frasers Property has tried to ensure that the tracking status is up to date, the content provided is ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ and is subject to change.
Certificates of Title Available
Settlements are now complete for this stage. Water connections are complete. Power connections are scheduled for early June 2025 and gas connections are waiting on ATCO (Gas Authority) to confirm a connection date.
Landscaping works including reticulation and street trees are complete. Final verge treatments and turf will be installed as part of the individual lot packages that we offer upon completion of your home. This is to ensure these are not damaged during home construction.- Water connections complete with Power and Gas to follow.
- NBN connection is programmed for September 2025.
- Landscaping works complete.
