Titles Expected: July 2025
Stage Update: Stage 17 civil works continue to progress well, with Practical Completion expected to be achieved in late June, subject to Council availability. Approval of the Public Open Space (POS) landscape design is currently being negotiated with the City of Rockingham as well as a works contract with landscape contractors to enable commencement of landscaping works in September.
