Construction works for Stage 21 commenced in July and are currently on track for completion in January.

Significant progress has already been made, with earthworks and sewer infrastructure now fully completed. The focus of construction has now shifted to the installation of drainage systems, which is well underway as part of the broader civil works program.

The Baldivis Children’s Forest is a multi-award winning, grassroots, not-for-profit organisation that works to engage the local community sustainably with the environment through a variety of different programs and events. Located at 1399 Mandurah Road Baldivis this local gem has been offering nature workshops, events and experiences to locals for many years.

General Works in the Community

Construction of Stages 17 and 20 land lots are now complete. Works to the central park that forms part of these stages will continue through to the end of the year.

Construction of Stage 21 land lots recently commenced and is due for completion early in the New Year. This is the final stage of land lots to be delivered in Baldivis Parks.
