Rockingham New Year’s Eve Celebration

Ring in 2026 at Rockingham Foreshore with an unforgettable night of music and fun! Aussie superstars Sheppard will headline after the 9pm fireworks, followed by Diamond Road leading the countdown to midnight and the spectacular fireworks display. General Works in the Community

Stage 17 Park
Earthworks grading and hardscapes are complete with current works concentrating on the installation of irrigation.  All works are forecast to be completed by March 2026.

Stage 17 Energisation
We have received notification from Western Power that energisation for this stage is programmed for the 27th November. Upon confirmation by Western Power that this milestone has been reached, we will update our purchasers in Stage 17 via email.

Stage 19
Stage 19 which is located alongside the commercial site on Daintree Street, consists of only 9 lots and is due for completion early 2026.

Stage 20 Energisation
This stage was energized on the 7th November 2025.

Stage 21
Works to this stage are due for completion at the end of the year.

Treacy Fencing – Closed from the 19th December 2025 and returning on the 5th January 2026.
