Certificates of Title available
All construction works have now been finalised for this stage with Practical Completion now reached. Some minor works may continue but the issuing of titles from Landgate has been received. Final pegging and lot sign installation has been finalised.
- Practical Completion has been reached therefore access to your lot is readily available.
- Certificates of Title received 17 December 2025.
- Service connections expected Feb – Mar 2026. Energisation is expected in April 2026.
