Titles Expected: December 2025
All underground services and retaining walls have been installed. Roadworks are currently under construction with Practical Completion on track to be achieved in November. It is as this stage that access will be available for the purposes of valuations and surveying your lot by your allocated builder. Once Practical Completion has been reached, we will update you via email.
