Titles Expected: December 2025
All construction works have now been finalised for this stage with Practical Completion now reached. Some minor works may continue but the next stage is the issuing of titles from Landgate. These remain on track for issue before Christmas. Final pegging has been undertaken so valuers and builders are now able to access the site.
- Practical Completion has been reached therefore access to your lot is readily available.
- Certificates of Title expected to be received in December.
- Service connections expected February – March 2026.
