Stage works are progressing well and to program. Service installations are significantly advanced. Retaining walls 100% complete and piers 90% complete; Sewer reticulation, water reticulation, stormwater and gas 100% complete. Underground power significantly complete with street lights, domes and testing still to happen.

Communication ducting 60% complete. Roadworks have commenced with subgrade and limestone and roadbase 100% complete. Prime seal commencing mid August.

Meet the Neighbours at Frasers Landing – Wrap up!

It was such a pleasure to welcome both new and long-time residents on Saturday morning, August 16. With the winter sun shining, we set up on the deck of the Frasers Landing Sales Centre and enjoyed a hint of spring in the air over coffee and a bite to eat.

It was especially lovely to meet so many residents who have only recently purchased their lots, and to see how warmly they were welcomed by their neighbours.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us, and to our Frasers Property team for hosting. We look forward to seeing you at the next community catch-up!

Mandurah Community Gardens – Edible Hanging Basket Competition

For a bit of gardening fun - MCG are inviting the entire community to create amazing edible hanging baskets and show off your green thumb skills!

Frasers Landing Community Centre

There is always a hive of activity with art groups, craft, mosaics, photography clubs, social ukelele classes, nature groups and more. You can visit our community noticeboard or our Frasers Landing website for more details.

Dates for the Diary

Saturday 11 October
The Wonders of our Wetlands Festival. 8:30 am to 12:30 pm at Coodanup Foreshore Reserve. The festival includes a variety of activities for all ages, including a Dogs Breakfast, educational activities, family fun, live entertainment, and food vendors. More info here.

A Very Neighbourly Xmas Party (Frasers Landing neighbours gathering – bring a plate!) More info coming soon!

Rivers Edge Stage 5

This release is on program with completion planned for September 2025.

Forest Walk Stage 9

TMajority of construction works to deliver the lots to the community is now complete. Preparations are now underway for the construction of the central parkland to commence over the winter months.

TCivil works has commenced to this stage with completion due towards the end of the year.

Forest Walk Stage 11

TCivil works has commenced to this stage with completion in early 2026.
