Certificates of Title: Expected October 2025
Stage works are progressing well, with significant activity on site. Service installations are well underway, and approximately 40% of the retaining walls are now complete. Sewer reticulation has reached 70% completion, stormwater drainage is at 75%, water reticulation and gas are 25% complete, and communications are at 20%. Roadworks will commence once service installations are nearing completion.
Meanwhile, the design for the Stage 5 parks and foreshore is nearing finalisation and is currently with the City for review and comment.
